    2nd strike from Yellow!!!
Yellow refused last week - no biggie - but tonight i offered and he struck!!! we're 2/2 on feedings with strikes! ahhhh i'm so happy.

Spaghetti is deep in shed but i left her rat in anyway incase she wants it.

Corny grabbed the mouse so tight he thought he lost it and was looking around like crazy going "i know it's here, where is it??!?!" he eventually grabbed it by the butt. [emoji14]

    i love feeding day!!!

    Isn't feeding day great?!?! :D

My hognose, Cosmo has taken his mice off tongs his last few meals!!! He's gentle about it and it's adorable!!! After his most recent feeding I think he may hit the 30 gram mark too!

We only have 2 BPs and they have never refused a meal. I think we have been lucky. Even in shed, both of our BPs take food instantly.

i'll call you lucky! neither of my two have eaten in shed. i left Spaghetti's rat in the enclosure and i'm going to check on it in a little bit, but i'm not optimistic.
needless to say i envy you, and your beeps!

He's doing so well, I'm stoked.
From what our resident hognose expert Deborah said, they typically will not eat off tongs prior to about 25 grams. Sure enough, right around then he took his first meal off tongs and the last few since.
