Wish me luck on feeding f/t rat
she feeds live from the start. at first it was mice until i found local rat breeder and she switched to rat without any problem. never miss a meal so far.
as she gets bigger, rat size is also getting big...i'm always worry about her being scratched or worse. i've been meaning to switch her to f/t but have no luck finding one. petshops around here carry live and all have been out of rats/mice for almost a month.
it's been two weeks since her last feed and last night i found someone who sells f/t at last (seller just starts his business last week) [emoji1319][emoji1319]
we spent the whole day today finding way to deliver the f/t rats and after much back & forth a courier is willing to drive two hours for it.
now i'm waiting for the delivery and hoping that my girl will eat f/t. wish me luck guys🤞🏻

If you have trouble with f/t try feeding at night. But i think you'll be alright.

at my end of the world, it's night [emoji16]
searched the forum on the how to, read thoroughly. thaw, lil blast with hairdryer, a little wiggle and she snatched it in seconds.
    thank you guys!

    Excellento !!

Spread the word ... the hairdryer trick definitely works !!

    :)

PS ..... I also put some card on top of the substrate just to minimise the chance of ingesting the aspen / bark ..
