I gave in...

So, after getting Cinnamon a month ago and telling the boyf no more snakes at the moment... We ended up buying two more snakes :D A guy on one of the facebook groups I stalk was selling a pastel girl and a caramel boy with a basically full viv set up for both of them for an EXTREMELY reasonable price... And so, this morning we set off on the 8-hour-round trip to pick up these two beauties :) Shout-out to the courier service of Dad- did the entire drive and lifting and carrying for £50 and a meal deal from Morrisons... :D:D:D
But anyway! I love this viv- the guy built it himself! The floors of each viv have a glass layer that holds the heat mat inbetween, which some of you might remember I was scratching my head about how to sort my old heat mats- if I use them again, that's exactly what I'll be doing! I just love these vivs...

And here are some terrible photos of the new babies lol- after being in a box for 5-ish hours they just wanted to get in their new homes :D

So this is the caramel boy! We're pretty sure that his name is Mars Bar lol... But the boyf can't decide if he likes his old name better or not :D He might end up like Wanda and have two names... Who knows! He's a bit of an adventerous boy... I opened their bags to check on them, and left them in the box and when I came back to put them away he was already out in the box! And he's been out exploring the viv. Here he is:

We've got them at the moment on a mix of aspen and coco husk (Maybe?) since the guy gave us what he had left but it wasn't enough to do both vivs.

But, here's the pastel girl. She's a bit more reserved, and stayed in a ball pretty much the entire time until we left them alone. Her name is Peaches :)

They're both such beautiful snakes, and I'm excited to have added them to the collection! We now have a total of four vivs in our bedroom... It might be time to take over the spare bedroom downstairs ;)

They're both so cute- they're about the same age as Wanda, same size too :) I honestly can't wait for these next few months to be up so I can be covered in all of my snake babies :D:D And compare Wanda the normal to Peaches the pastel to see the true colour difference!!

Total congrats! Beautiful snakes and wonderful Vivs. Doesn't it feel like quarantine lasts FOREVER?

Thank you all :) Owning snakes is apparently like owning ferrets according my sister- you get one, then you get another, and somehow you end up with loads :D Quarantine feels like AGES and AGES but then again somehow we'e had Cinny for a month already, that time flew!!
