    First time breeding help
Hello, it's my first time breeding royal pythons and just have a few questions maybe somebody could help me with.
ive been putting a male in with one of my females for about 3-4 months and both of them have been off good for about 2 months.
shes got much bigger and I thought she was going to lay about 2 weeks ago but never did (me getting too impatient maybe)
shes hugging the hot spot, but she won't lock with my male anymore? i assumed she was gravid as normally they lock after like 2 minutes but she's been abit snappy with him. But he still won't eat.
    my question is..
is there any clues to tell if she is gravid? I haven't witnessed ovulation but she shed a month ago.. I thought it was a pre lay shed but turns out it wasnt.

No I haven't witnessed ovulation and I started to on her last shed, but I don't recall her shedding for a long time before.
i thought she was gravid as she got bigger with out eating and now she won't lock with my male so I thought he would of gone back to feeding by now if she was.

How long ago was her last shed? I think that's the only thing to go off. Maybes someone else has some ideas to help you [emoji5]

She shed on the 1st of last month, before that I couldn't tell you.
