Lesser Bee BP burn from heat matt please help!
This was at my dads apartment I have a temporary home for my BP here when I'm at his house on the weekends, normally it's fine, but I've stayed here longer than normal as my family is moving houses currently, I noticed this about 4-5 days ago, he's missing just the first layer of scales on some parts of his underbelly, and some are sticking up a bit, will he heal fully? Also his tail got a bit burned too, the missing scales have since scabbed up

First, unplug the heat pad. Unregulated they get hot enough to burn - they must be regulated by a thermostat.

Second, call a vet first thing in the morning, most burns will need silvadene and antibiotics to heal up. You can use Neosporin WITHOUT PAINKILLER or Triple antibiotic ointment until you get the silvadene.

In the meantime keep your snake in a perfectly clean environment - no natural substrate like aspen or cypress, just use paper, two plastic hides, and a water bowl.

Definitely unplugged the heat first thing, it's a minor burn compared to what I looked up on google, I'll get some ointment on him as soon as I can
