Will all prekilled eaters eat f/t?
I have 2 snakes that absolutely refuse to eat f/t but pound p/k. If they eat p/k does that mean I can get them 100% to eat f/t? How do I go about it?

Have you tried to heat the f/t up with a hair drier (after defrosting under dry conditions)? My gal will *not* take a f/t if it is wet. It has to be dry and fluffy!!

This ^ is a good start. Your snakes may prefer the PK due to the body temp. Try heating your FT in the same room as the snake, using a hair dryer. Get the body warm, and aim to get the head around 100F (slightly warm to your fingers).

All of my snakes primarily take FT. Other than the animals that I have hatched, most if not all were eating live when I bought them. The longest and oddest conversion I have dealt with involved an adult that took almost six months to convert. There are a lot of methodologies on here for conversion but the right one needs to be applied for your snake. Most of the time the issue is temperature related.

It works out best if they never have fresh to begin with. I was overjoyed last night when I did the first feeding for my first clutch of the season. 9 babies. 9 ate FT. Yeah! Makes life easy for the future owners.
