How to attach a LED light strip to a wooden viv?
    Hi all!
First off, I know beeps don't need lighting... I had a UVB light in Wanda's old viv (Now Cinnamon's) but this time round I decided to get a lower-light LED light strip, mostly for my own selfish needs because it looks a lot nicer with the gentle blue glow :D
Anyway. My problem is, I can't get the strip to stick. It came with a sticky back, but that does not stick what-so-ever; Wanda climbs at night and she brought it down straight away with her fat butt :D Turns out the sticky back is not sticky at all, lol.
Anyway, this is the kind of thing that I have:

Has anyone ever used this sort of thing? How do you attach it to a wooden viv? I cleaned the surface before placing, but I'm guessing the humidity and/or heat means that the glue does not stick. I was thinking about getting some of that foam tape that has double sided sticky (Like what comes on the back of stick-on thermometors). Would that work okay?

Alcohol swab the surfaces, and loctite exterior use adhesive backing tape.

Not a reptile channel, but this is one of the best ways I have seen to use those adhesive LED's, the sticky part is not the best quality on those.
