Not sure where you're looking. Can you post some better pictures of the area concerning you?

It is really hard to tell what you're talking about in that picture. Is it not just freckling/spots in its pattern?

Could be mites... I also had a snake that got really beat up during shipping and arrived looking exactly like that and it took months before it went away. Has this snake experienced any trama? How long have you had it? What are your temps? Do you use a heater with thermostat? You may want to use an IR gun and check all temps in your enclosure, could be from wrapping around a hot rock that's too hot.

I have it fir 2 weeks now and I got her from lll reptiles I think she came like this and don't mites usually move this looks to be under her scale. My heating is 88-90 mostly 90 on the hot side and 82 on cool side I use a thermostat control the heat pad and I use a digital thermometer gun to check temp I also don't use a heat rock just a heat pad

It's hard to tell even zoomed in. Did you treat with Reptile Spray Natural Chemistry? It's a great precaution for mites.
Get a full sized piece of paper towel, wet it with the spray (or just-cool to your touch water if you do t have the spray), hold it around your snake up near its neck, and let your snake slither through your hands so its length goes through the paper towel. Do you see any black or red dots on the paper towel?
If yes, you have mites and.need to get treating them asap.
If no, it could be bruising from shipping.
In either case, if you don't have Reptile Spray, get it. And Provent-A-Mite. Pretreat any animal and caging you get. Better safe than sorry.

If you want an answer what you need to do is take a close up picture of the spots that concern you, not a full shot zoomed in.

This morning I went to do what you told me to do I wet a paper towel with water to rub my python with. I saw it crawling around so I went to get the towel and when I came back it had knocked over the thermometer I had in there to check humidity and the sticking side on the back had stuck to its skin I saw it trying to yank it out so I got it and saw that the skin was stuck to it stretching out I had to spend some time but I got it free it turn kinda pinkish where the skin was stuck so idk if it's ok or not. It seemed to still act normal flicking it's tounge so u think it will be fine. As well for the mites I rubbed it several time and. Itching came off so I'm guessing it's bruising but I'll still get the items just for safe measures

It was on the bottom side around its neck area. I just checked on it the skin seems fine now it looks normal.
