    Introducing the Silver Basin
I'll admit the title was terrible click bait but it's fitting! Aella somehow managed to get out of her tub in the middle of the night and I found her in the washer on the other side of the lower level. I keep the lid cracked when not in use. I looked everywhere for her and opened the lid without thinking and there she was, staring at me like "heeeey!!!"

We have no idea. She's now in what we're calling maximum security until the rack arrives. A bungee cord on each end of the lid so she can't push it up and get through again. The laundry room isn't finished and has concrete walls where the foundation is so I'm guessing she managed to climb up and then went into the washer. The white on the side of her belly are part of her colors actually. They keep spreading with each shed. I've never seen a honeybee with her coloring.
