Prey Size??

Hi there, everyone! I recently got a month old BP from my local Repticon.
I had a question about what I should feed him, and how often to do so...
I've been seeing a lot of different recommendations, some saying I should feed him a rat pup once a week, some saying two rat pups a week, some saying a few pinky/fuzzy mice... I'm just confused!
Three days ago, I fed him two fuzzy mice (One in the morning, and one in the afternoon), and he's still acting rather hungry.
I'd like to try a rat pup, but I just think rat pups would be too big for the little guy! I'm afraid he might throw it back up!

What should I do? Once again, he's only month old!

Age is not the variable. Weight and girth are.

fuzzy mice are way too small for any age BP.

youngin's should be fed a prey item weighing 10-15% of the snake's overall weight. IMO at one month old, whether you feed it a rat or a mouse isn't a big deal as long as the size is appropriate. however, as the snake gets bigger, you're going to want to switch it over to rats which can sometimes be difficult once they're older.

I always judge it by feeding a prey item that is the same thickness as the thickest part of the snake. If you feed frozen/tha get a few sizes in so you can hold it against your snake to see which would be good.

The size of the prey to the thickness of the body always works for me.
