Newbie alert! I'm looking to get my first BP soon when "he" is ready. My buddy who currently keeps him thinks he is a male. Just glad to found this community so I'm gonna spend some time reading and learning.

The best advice I can give you is to BE PREPARED!!!

Do plenty of research about these awesome animals. Get your enclosure set up and running and dialed in BEFORE bringing the animal home.
