    Male fighting behaviour?
Sounds really crazy but cleaning day yesterday and mymale yellowbelly must have caught a smell of another male or something because he went totally psycho!

He was rearing right up like a cobra and trying to fight me - he actually chasedme round the living room doing so!

Has anyone else had a male do this? I have looked on youtube for males fighting and he literally did everything that he would were he attacking another male snake.

    Evil littler critter lol x

I wish you were able to get a video! Sounds hilarious (after the fact of course, and assuming no people or animals were hurt in any way).

I've got no experience with that though, so hoping to hear from somebody who does, or at least knows more about this behavior. It truly sounds fascinating once the image of a BP chasing a human around a living room wears off!

It was like a scene from Benny Hill hahah my daughter was Hun shuffling backwards across the floor as the patio door was open!

Once I had put him into a tub he settled a touch but getting him in it was bloomin bonkers hahah xx

Would have loved to see this. I've never seen one even attempt to move fast outside of a feeding strike.

You gotta get this on vid. I'm not questioning it, I really just want to see it. I had an iguana a long time ago that was super mellow with everyone except my wife. It would chase her around the house. I have a ball currently that only bites my wife. Feeding bite.

I definitely will accept partial blame if we get to see this curious behavior!!! Hahahahaha!!!

Honestly though, I'm super curious now. I want to hear from more members and see if anybody else has seen/heard of this. This is a perfect example of why these amazing animals fascinate me.
