I'm not so sure he's hissing anymore. Today I took him out and he seemed fine, but when I went to put him back he seemed to have blown a bubble out of his mouth and his mouth seems really wet (aspen shavings were sticking to his mouth). I called up a friend of mine who breads Rosy's, Kings, and Corns and he said it might be a upper respiratory infection and I should keep a real good watch on him until he gets back from the Daytona Event. He also said that I should lower the humidity if possible. Any ideas?

I would lower the humidity and get the snake to a vet ASAP. Upper respiratory infections are not to be messed around with and you'll need antibiotics to get rid of it. Find yourself a good herp vet and make an appt. It definitely sounds like you have cause to be concerned. Good luck!
