    Feeding for first time
i will be feeding my BP for the first time this coming monday, he is a may '17 so will more than likely get a hopper, my question is should i move him to a tub or leave him in his tank? and if i use a tub how long does he need to stay in it before i can move him back?

Feed in the enclosure, moving to another location will put you at a greater risk to get tagged (snake can be in feeding mode hours before and after feeding so the last thing you want to do is move an animal in feed mode), with BP it is also enough to stress them and lead to a refusal.

Agreed. Always in the tank/tub they live in. Better for everybody involved.

I 100% suggest feeding in his enclosure and not using a feeding tub.

That will mainly depends on whether your husbandry is optimal or not.

Feed in his tank , just feed on some card / cardboard to avoid any chance of ingesting substrate ...
Royals / Balls are nocturnal as you prob realise so feed in the evening , ideally low lighting ...
