Normal to soak so much?

My female is always soaking. Her humidity and temperature are good, and she doesnt have mites.
Is it okay?

If the humidity, temps, and so on are good -- the only thing that'd "force" her to bathe might be an incoming shed.

And if she's not in a shed cycle, it's probably just a matter of preference since you've given her a large enough dish to be able to soak in. They can have some weird preferences without any husbandry "forcing" them to behave that way.

How are you heating and regulating your heat?

How and where are you measuring heat/humidity?
