Is my ball python in shed?
Greetings,
I'm a first-time snake owner and I believe my 5 month old ball python is in shed. She hasn't shed since I bought her, almost 2 months ago. She hadn't come out of her warm hide for about 2 days, so I checked on her today and she looked almost dusty and her eyes were kinda cloudy. I know both of those are signs of being in shed. Thoughts?
Based off reading I've done, I think I need to keep the humidity between 60% and 70% (closer to 70%) and I should give her a 'bath' in warm water (about 90 degrees F). Should I give her just 1 bath or multiple baths? How long should I keep in water? Is there anything else I should be doing? Thank you all very much.

Bump the humidity up to 60%+. I personally bump to almost 80%.
No baths!!! This will actually make it harder for her to shed. Just leave her alone, bump the humidity and she will shed on her own just fine.

Yeah just leave her be and keep that humidity up (70% like previously stated). It's better not to bother her since she it storing up her energy to work out of that old skin. Deffinetly do not handle until she it done. Should take abot 10-14 days and you'll have a nice skin from her. Feeding an in shed snake might be another question for you, and some people do it and some don't. Personaly I do feed an in shed snake (if it hungry, its hungry), but if she dosen't take it don't worry to much and just try feeding her next time.
