Zilla Temperature Control

I was recommended to get a thermostat on this site and just got it in from Amazon. I have one question though, where should I put the probe? Under the substrate in the middle of the the heating pad?

if you are using a tank or a tub the probe goes outside the enclosure. read the stickies in the husbandry section for proper setup.
