Wrapped and twisted cord Day 59
This morning one of my split egg babies was half out the egg. Upon looking, it had a quite tightly wrapped cord with no way for me to untangle it.

Quick panic attack and a message to a friend who is way more experienced then me and I had to tie it off and cut it.

Baby only weighs 40g so am praying it will be okay xx

So sorry to hear your having so many issues with your first clutch ☹️

I think it looks like you did a really good job trying to save this little one, I wish you the best of luck.

    I have 5 eggs still with them containing 2 bels/karma and 3 Mojave/phantom.

They are all pipped just chilling in the eggs although one of the Mojave/phantoms keeps moving the top half of its body out of the egg despite being attached to its sac still? If it survives and is a girl I shall call her Dora the explorer lol xx

Do you know why your having issues? Is it possible you piped to early? I can't help you in any way, I am still waiting on my first clutch to be laid, but maybe you can help others to learn. It's unfortunate that you lost any but if you have some that make it, it would still be a success. Good luck with the rest, I'm rooting for you and the babies.

I lost my first 2 Lesser/Mojaves the same way.
One died in the egg and the other right after I untied it.
    It really sucks. Sorry
