    More prone to bite if already bit?
    So I think I wasn't paying attention the other day when I pulled my boy out for feeding and I spooked him and so he bit me, it was just a quick tag and no real damage was done. But since he ate and was put back into his enclosure he seems to be watching me closer than he used too? Or maybe I'm just paranoid, now that he's bit me once (I still picked him up after he bit me as I had already thawed the mouse and he needed to be fed lol) will he be more prone to biting? Or am I just being paranoid? He's a young (10 month?) old Colombian red tail, he's never shown even a ghost of aggression since I got him about two months ago. Thoughts?

    If this isn't the right place to ask this then I'm sorry ^^;

    It won't make him more prone to biting, but you also don't need to move him out to feed. It's perfectly fine and better to feed them inside their enclosure, and it's less stressful for the snake this way.

    On feeding day opening any tub requires a dust-bin lid and a baseball bat. :P

    And they sure do know when feeding day is... before I even take the rodentia out of the freezer...they're front and center!
