    Picky eater...
Paris has been a pretty good eater since I got him in december, but the past two weeks he's been turning up his nose at the f/t feeders I got at the reptile expo. So tonight I try one from the expo and one from the store, where I'd been getting his meals before, and he takes the store mouse like nobody's business! Bulk expo feeders are too low-class for him huh, he only likes the expensive petstore mice!

I'm leaving the other mouse in his tub overnight to see if he takes it. I think it might be that the store mice always bleed when I thaw them but the expo mice don't really, so that might be what he's attracted to? I tried putting some holes in the expo mouse with a pin (though I couldn't get up the courage to brain it properly, still a wee bit squeamish about that) so hopefully that helps it smell more appetizing. I'm gonna try the train method next week if he hasn't taken the expo feeder I'm leaving in tonight.
