What color would you add to the BP world?
BP's are the morph kings and queens of the snake game, but there are some obviously missing colors that would be more than welcomed. those colors and their genes still need to be discovered.

but if u had a magic wand right now, what color would u add to BP's?

i think i would add the color Pink. i would love an all pink BP and i always get really excited when my all white BP's get that pink tint as they go into shed. :)

    So what color?

Green would be my choice. Adding green would in turn make blue a possibility by adding axanthic!

    I wouldn't add a solid color.

As a pattern color there are morphs that maximize pattern. As a background color there are morphs that turn the whole snake into the background color.

But I'd add a mid tone blue. As a background color fade. Throw that with bamboo and it'd be awesome. Throw it on either super black pastel or super cinnamon and it would be amazing. Add it to pastel and it would be a lighter blue. Imagine a lesser with that color in its background, if it maintained the yellow. Awesome

Red and Orange and I mean red and orange that keep their color in adulthood

I would love to have a BP that orange which is why I work with other species too

I agree with KXR. Green would open lots of possibilities.

Wait... lemme just drop why I strongly wish blue was a color for BPs: Blue is extremely difficult to make. There is no pigment in animals for blue, and it requires structural adaptations to generate the color.

Similarly green is extremely difficult to produce, it requires yellow pigment and blue structures.

Actually just to add green we'd have to add blue. I guess it would depend on which you would rather have as a base morph. If it's green as a base morph you would absolutely need to remove yellow to manage blue, for all blue combinations. But if blue is a base morph you only need something that shifts to yellow on the same area. Personally I think it would be easier to shift toward yellow with a blue base for that area than it would be to remove yellow from the blue (lesser blue foregrond vs axanthic green, codom vs recessive)

I get pink in my boas :D although a bright pink could be nice, bright pink and yellow BP would be something.

I want teal blue. As in - San Francisco Garter Snake bright teal blue.
