    my burm recently just shed but didn't come out as a whole there are some itsy bitsy scales that still stuck but the main roblem is the remaining shed on the head what should I do? leave it alone? or hold the head while i remove t with q tip?

    I'd soak a rough textured bath towel in warm water - then in the bath - let the Burm slide through the towel whilst you apply very gentle pressure to the head region ... I'm guessing the stubborn skin will come off after about 5 minutes or so ...

    Should that fail , spray the Viv well and leave overnight and then repeat tomorrow evening ...
