    Wonambi, Spotted Python
Hmm, it seems that while I've posted pictures of Wonambi, my spotted python girl, I've never made a thread for her.

Her enclosure currently sits on top of my dresser, and while getting ready for work this morning I noticed a shed in there. She's a stealth shedder, the most I've ever noticed is a *slightly* pink belly.

So I had to take her out and admire her, and took some pictures. For some reason I kept cutting off her nose [emoji849], but I did get one good shot, with bonus Disapproving Dog:

What type of enclosure do you keep her in? I want to get my Children's Python out of a tub so he has room to climb.

She's in a 24" x 24" x 16" tall PVC enclosure from PMHerps. The material isn't as thick as the AP enclosures, so they don't provide as much insulation, but otherwise they're good. My husband built the jungle gym from PVC and dowels, and I strung the artificial vine on it. She also has a Magnaturals ledge that she lurks on sometimes - one good thing about this enclosure is that the material is thin enough for the Magnaturals.

Silly snek, still feeds best when being held. At least last night I got her to wrap comfortably. The [emoji4]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d70c4ef4bd.jpg

I think she looks much more like a childrens than a spotted.

I was looking at pictures of the two species in a book recently, and thinking the same thing. But I'm not breeding, so I'm not fussed - she's a sweet little girl.

I always restrain myself when people ask how long they should wait after feeding to handle their snakes. Wonambi thinks just as she gets her mouse down is a good time to explore.

After the second picture she turned back and investigated my phone. I tried to put her on the floor of her enclosure, next to her warm hide.
    Nope.
    Ledge?
Nope, want to be on my jungle gym.
Ok, fine, on your jungle gym.
She cruised around, up and down, flipped her hides some time in the night, and eventually settled on her ledge by this morning. Silly snek. [emoji854]
