Heating Option for Vision 211

What is the best way to heat a vision 211 cage (22"x24"x14")?
I was thinking of using an Exo-Terra 8 watt (8"x8") UTH.
Would this provide enough heat for a Ball?

There are many factors that will play a role int he amount of heat you need..
Type of animal
Amount of thermal mass in the cage
Ambient temps in the room
bla bla bla..lol

If you have room temps that are nice and stable than you might be able to get by with the UTH alone... You will really have to try it first tyo see haw the cage reacts to the heat you provide...
