Spoiled or just nailed the set up?
I've read a lot of posts on here about issues with new Ball Pythons and I'm trying to determine if I just got really lucky, nailed the set up, or a bit of both? I've had my 5 month old for two weeks now and so far (knock on wood) have had zero issues. I've been able to handle him a few short times a day and he eats like a champ. First feeding went pretty easy last Friday and yesterday I just laid the mouse in the cage and that was all she wrote. Is there such a thing as being spoiled with a new snake or should I take it as I did a good job with the set up and temps?

Naw, you got the set up, and the snake took care of the rest. Do things by the book and they adjust perfectly fine! Just wait until you've had him for a couple of years and you've got a big, happy, healthy chunk of a herp. :gj:

Sweet! I keep questioning myself if I did it right. I guess I can stop questioning
