    here is the cage I built for my Jungle Carpet Python. He is about 7ft. The cage is 4ft high x 36' wide x 24' deep.

    The bottom is plexiglass and I have flexwatt placed underneath his hide.

    Cool enclosure! Are the temperatures hard to maintain with so much air space?

    Not really. His hide is at 90, the bottom air is at 80 and the upper air is 85. So he has plenty of different temps to go to. We keep him in our living room which we keep at 78, so the temps are pretty stable.

    Nice enclosure, does your JCP use its hide ? mine never comes down off it branchs other than to soak before his shed.

    He only uses his hide after he eats. He'll stay in there for two - three days then come out and sit on his branches or soak in his tub.
