When do you move your BP into a bigger tub?
Aella is just shy of 350g and currently in a 16qt sterilite with an appropriately sized hide from RB. I know she can stay in that for a little longer but I'm trying to plan ahead for when I build a rack over the summer. At what size do you move your BP into a bigger tub? What size after a 16qt?

Depends on the snake and how well they do in larger tubs.

With my holdbacks I mainly use 3 different size tubs V18 for animals up to 600 grams 32 quarts for males and females up to 2000 grams and V70 for females over 2000 grams.

Males get smaller tubs during the winter but that is a whole other story.

    Thanks Deb!

At first I thought I was trying to give her more room but I snapped out of that mindset long ago and realized I just want her in the rack so I can ditch the hide because she's a mover and enjoys pushing her paper towels and hide all over the tub and dumping her water bowl. This morning I found her under the paper towels with her hide sideways. She's a busy girl, that's for sure.
