Network Error When Uploading Video

When trying to upload a video, I continue to receive a "network error" message. I'm wondering if there might be a solution for this? The video is one I took personally, and is 22 seconds long. I have had zero issues uploading photos, so not sure what's up with the video?

Hi,

We do not host files on the site so you will need to upload it to youtube ( or something similar ) first and then link to it in your post.
