Hi y'all, anyone use the 28qt sterilite tubs with the raised bottom?

I just got a 28qt sterilite tub for my newly bought, roughly 6 month old BP. The only thing I'm concerned about is the sterilite tubs have a sort of raised perimiter around the bottom of the tank and I'm wondering if anyone who also uses these (if anyone does) has any advice for sticking the UTH to it? Do you just aluminium tape it to the bottom like normal? Does the gap between the UTH and most of the heating pad cause any heat issues?
