I have a fairly young (about 19 month old) Brazilian Rainbow Boa that I picked up last September. He shed the night before I got him, then in November and again in January (completed on the 11th). His next completed shed was February the 17th and he is starting to shed again. Doesn't that seem to be a short timeframe between sheds? All goes well with the process and he seems (and acts) healthy. I'm not really worried, but, I guess curious, that he sheds so often. The ball and Hog Island shed pretty well every two months (or a bit more). The Jungle Carpet goes a bit longer, close to 3 months between sheds.
