Hello!
I am going get my first ball python at a reptile expo on April 23, and I am not sure how to heat it. I've just purchased a 36x18x12 Exo Terra. I would prefer to have just one heat source, (all ready racking up the electricity bill with my bearded dragon) so it would be better for the heat mat to be a bit too hot, and for me to got a thermostat. I was thinking maybe the Exo Terra medium desert heat wave? (16 watts).
