Incubator vs temp sensors. Reptibator

How long can BP eggs survive at 77 to 84 degrees? Long story short...although I did pair two males to the female she showed no signs of ovulation lock or gravid. Then 4 nights ago my wife screams from the other room and low and behold we have 6 snake eggs and one pissed off girl. Wife runs to the pet shop because they were nice enough to stay open 15 more minutes. The only incubator they had was the reptibator. I set it up and let momma keep the eggs over night. I follow the directions on the set up and place the eggs in a shoe box with a grate and vermiculite and throw it in what looks to be an ice chest. Temps are good. But when I go check the next day Temps are way off. Like 77 to 80 instead of 88 to 90. I have placed temp and humidity probe in the shoebox and will mess with the settings to get the Temps correct. They would not develop in that. I'd let mamma maternal incubate while getting it to the right parameters.

That is 88 degrees in the egg box?
They should be okay but it will take longer.

Yea 88 degree inside the box. And that is as high as the reptibator will go.
