Where to put my BP tank???
I feel like this is a really stupid question, but I have to ask. Right now my bp's tank is just on top of my dresser, however it is proving to be slightly inconvenient for me to have it there. but the only other places I can put it are on the floor or on top of my mini fridge. However I was told that my snake can get radiation poisoning if i put her on it, so is that true? and if it is then is it okay for her tank to be on the floor?

I've never heard of radiation poisoning from a fridge LOL, but yes you can put the tank on the floor if you want. The snake doesn't know what is or isn't the floor, as long as they feel secure in their enclosure.

I don't know how it's even possible for your snake to get radiation poisoning from a refrigerator. There shouldn't be any radioactive materials in a fridge, there is a gas in there but if it's working then there aren't any leaks. The only thing I would worry about with the mini fridge is the vibrations from the refrigeration pump.

Unless a fridge is powered by a flux capacitor your snake will not get radiation poisoning from it. LOL

Seriously though, don't put it on top of the fridge. If it is anything like mini-fridges/freezers I have dealt with, the top can actually fluctuate quite a bit in temperature. I actually put my frozen rats on top of my rat freezer to thaw because the top gets warm.
