    Need some help
I'm handling my BP right now and noticed that she has some substrate stuck in one of the holes in her nose. Need some ideas on how to get it out. She might be comming down with a respiratory infection as she seems to be making a very quiet almost hiss sound every few seconds, but may be due to what's in her nose.

Don't really have a good way to put up pics here but the substrate is fine coconut husk. And thank you for the info on it not being right. I was very worried about that.
