Clarification please

I read that banana/coral glow, depending on parents, if father is male banana/coral glow than all babies will be males, if mother is banana/coral glow than all babies will be both male and female. Is this true?

yes and no

If the banana is a male and his father was banana 99% of banana produced will be male with 1% female
if the banana is male and his mother was banana then 99% of banana produced will be female with 1% male
if the banana is female you get a 50% male and 50% female. and the male banana out of her will be in the 99% female makers

all non banana offspring are usually (but not always) the opposite sex of what ever the banana makes

Females Banana or CG produce equal sex ratio.

Males that are produced by a female banana or CG are female makers which means the CG or Banana offspring will be females while the non CG or Banana offspring will be males

Males that are produced by a male Banana or CG will be Male makers which means the CG or Banana offspring will be males while the non CG or Banana offspring will be females.

That is for the majority however every now and then male makers will produce CG or Banana females and vice versa but it is rare.

Similar to what I've read. Thank you. My male banana calico came from a flipper and refuses to tell me where it came from.

The majority of the males on the market are male makers, female markers are harder to come by and command higher prices so ours is likely a male maker.
