    Loud breathing sounds when eating?
Im feeding my ball python, and i hear him breathing similarly to a human. I held my breath for thirty seconds or so, to see if it was me or not. It was him. He was coiled around a rat, right after striking. It stopped after he started eating it. Should i be concerned?

    No,

    I don't think so.

He had just exerted himself so could have been expected the be breathing more heavily than normal and, to boot, had its mouth full so was forced to breath through it's nose until it got the breathing tube out. :)
