    Naming your pet
Just found this cute little site where you can do refined searches by criteria and come up with some great names for all sorts of pets.

    Enjoy!

Love that site! I was using it when trying to come up with a name for Kashmire. I was also considering Keeran (Celtic for Little Dark One) or Keena (Celtic for Brave) (I think that's the two names). You can refine for snake names, male, female for both, etc. It IS a very kewl site!

Thanks I love that site. I found a possible name for Baby if it turns out to be a girl *cross fingers*. It's Ghanese and means "fat at birth"....Kessie. It would suit lil Miss Piggy LOL. Mike's not as impressed with that name so we shall see. I think he prefers either Gaelic/Celtic names or Latin names. I just want to get them sexed and get new names....Baby and Punkin are just sucky names LOL.

Omg nooooooooooooo Robin LOL. My poor husband cannot stand the thought of raising them to adulthood with those silly names and quite honestly I'm dying to research a couple of unique names for them.

The new corn snakes, should I decide to get them, are a female Blizzard and a male Creamsicle. I'm thinking Pirta for the girl. It's one of the Inuit (Eskimo) words for blizzard. I'm considering Rogan for the male as it's Irish/Gaelic for a redheaded boy which is as close as I could come to a male name to do with orange or red.

What do you all think of those choices?

That's too funny Joanna. You have names for snakes you don't have yet. :giggle: n It takes me forever to name my animals and half the time I just let the kids do it, but I do like both names. I especially like Rogan. :D

I know Christie isn't that crazy! I can still tell you the alternate names I had for each of my 4 kids. I only knew the sex of the last lil fella but at age 40 who needed the stress of not knowing what I was having LOL!

Totally off topic for this thread but.....do you think referring to a woman who is 6 months pregnant, has 3 kids at home, hasn't seen her feet in months AND is majorily pushing the big 4-0 as "being of advanced maternal age" is a really safe thing to do? I'm thinking it's gotta be cause for a temporary insanity defense for bashing the health care worker upside her head LOL.
