Is she sick?

She is my first snake. I have had her 3 weeks. She won't eat. Last week she had hid. Now we see this wrinkled skin. Is she shedding?

Looks like she's trying but it's coming off in patches. Double check your humidity, it need to be around 70% during a shed cycle.
