Should I introduce the male again?

My female has been acting differently, I've kept snakes for many years but never tried breeding until recently. I started introducing my male about a month and a hall ago. I witnessed multiple locks with two separate introductions over a course of two weeks. Then I learned here monthly introductions are plenty so have not put him back in with her yet. About two weeks ago my female started soaking. She only gets out to feed. She's still been eating weekly. Now it's been a month since the last introduction. Do you think it's a good idea to introduce the male again? She is still in her water bowl so I'm just not sure if I should just leave her alone and keep watching for ovulation or if it doesn't hurt to put him back in with her to see if she's willing to get out of her bowl to breed again. Please share your thoughts. TIA!

Females who are building will either soak or wrap around their water dish, that is a good sign however as long as your female as not ovulated and if you have no idea what size the follicles are, you need to keep pairing, however as you stated once a month is more than enough.

The ovulation will be unmistakable and once she ovulates she will move back to the warm side and shed 14 days later.

2-3 days is what I usually give them if not more.

I usually wait 2 to 3 days when I feed before re-introducing animals.

When I breed I put the male in with the female for five days with two days off for about 6-8 weeks. Some people rotate their males one day per female for up to five females with the weekends off, if they see a lock they let the male sit with the female, then when they release they give the male a few days off. As soon as you separate the male you can feed him, then give him the next day off, then breed again. Some people do three days on and three days off for several months. I just read an article today that said to keep rotating your male in with your female until you can see eggs in her, that's the first time I've heard that one. Some use ultrasound and put the male in with the female at certain follicle sizes. But in general I'd say the more time the male spends with the female the better your chance of getting eggs.
