    48% humidity for 2 weeks
Hey guys, I will be receiving a ball that I am planning on using for a future breeding project in the future. He is a one of a kind, never produced before morph that i will keep undisclosed. Anyway, I do not have any racks left open right now so I am having to keep him in a tank. The tank is currently at 47-49% humidity with aspen bedding as I use that for my racks. I have ordered coconut as that holds the humidity better and should get it up into the 54% ish range. Ive never had a ball in a tank before, nor below 52% humidity, looking for some feedback on whether or not he can be in 47-49 for 2 weeks or so until the coconut bedding comes as it got back ordered and wont arrive for another 4 weeks. Ill be receiving the ball in 2 weeks.

He'll be OK. But I find it odd that a one of a kind never before produced morph, which is no doubt costly, would be kept in anything less than ideal conditions. you might consider putting him in a standalone tub?

That was initially my worry as well, need him to be perfect when it is time for him to breed. I agree, I'll likely put him in one... totally blanked on that
