To feed or not to feed
I'm going on vacation in a week and I'll be gone for 4 days. Tomorrow is feeding day for my snakes. One is 460g, the other is 280g. Their last feeding was last week. Would it be safer to skip this feeding in case something happens when I'm gone or is it okay to feed since I'll still be home for another 6 days?

I don't have any personal experience but previous post a lot of people say don't feed a week prior to leaving for a week. That said I personally would feed today and then not feed until the day you get back. So that would be 6 days before you leave and then around 13 days until the next feed. But again this is what I would do from previous posts on previous threads :)

I usually have someone that can come over and check on things, so I do feed just so they aren't worried about having to figure that song and dance out, but they still have the number to my vet and my cell phone, and can handle emergencies until I get back. If you don't have anyone that can check up on them, I'd say skip.

As a general rule DO NOT feed the day before leaving, should something arise while you are gone you could comeback to not only a very unpleasant smell but worse as well if a regurgitation occur.

I always recommend to stop all feeding at least 5 days prior to a trip.
