just got to love how fast they grow!

i remember one i first got my female in june 04 and she was only 17 inches and eating adult mice and now shes a whopping 40 inches (give or take an inch) and pounding down small rats(but could be on mediums i just thought i would keep her on smalls to keep her from goin on herfasts that she used to go on when i fed her mediums)................they grow so fast! tear lol

yea i know what ya mean. my female BCI is only 1yr 4months n shes already 5'5. just a yr ago she was lik 27in. i tracked it with my burm, and hes grown an inch in a week

man thats crazy. u mean 5 weeks ago your bp was 17" and now its 40". thats nutts. my bp is 20" right now. i guess i should expect a lot of growth in the next month. i cant wait.

NewBP, I think the growth rate was in a year, they got their snake in June 2004, not 2005.

ya....they dont grow that fast ....The usual assumption for bp growth in length is around 1 inch a month or 3 feet in 3 years....But it all depends on the snake....some will not grow for a month or so....then grow alot the next month....

oh sorry about that guys and gals. it was late and i was tired and i was assuming it was the 4th of june LOL. my bad.

The growth rate amazes me sometimes. I can pull Issa out of his long rubbermaid, but I need both hands (he's a year old now). As for the new girls, they fit in the palm of my hand. In fact, one of the new girl's has Issa's first hide. Sometimes the size difference is what gets ya :D
