I was wondering how often i should completely clean it (take out the bedding), refresh the water, and how often i should take out his poop

refresh water every day, or every other day.
check the enclosure daily; spot clean whenever you see waste.
i do full enclosure cleanings once a month.

Depending on your setup, I change the Paper & clean everything with F10 anytime they go to the bathroom.. Although I did the same when I tried shavings 10 years ago too so i went back to paper.. I cant stand the thought of them being in their own mess or anything that goes along with it... (smell/bacteria ect..)
I do water every couple days...

I'm with Sully on this one. I am a clean freak with my animals. My snake room is like an operating room. I use vinegar instead of F10. All my animals are on paper. I think those that keep animals on other things may not realize how often these guys can go sometimes. Especially babies. My animals that are younger than a year may have liquid urates as often as three times a week. It takes approximately 2 minutes to clean a tub kept like this unless the animal has decided to do a little painting. I do water anytime I clean and always once a week regardless. My main weekly cleaning is generally right after I have finished feeding. I do not like the smell of rat and I refuse to let any blood or any other rat fluids linger in the tubs.

I use paper towels. When ever I see a mess, I check daily if not more. I do a complete wipe down/cleaning each time. Yes, not a big fan of my snakes playing in their waste.

Re: How often should you clean your snakes tank
I spot clean and do a full cleanout every 2-3 for snakes months. I find tortoises are far worse for mess, with daily baths in a special tub to reduce cleaning their viv's. The mess level for snakes is nothing in comparison.
