    Is my ball python okay?
I got my first ever ball python about a month ago. She's been eating really good for me and ate a few days ago. Her skin is starting to become dull and her eyes are somewhat clouded. And a few of her scales are starting to peel off but she hasn't shed yet so I assume it's probably a bad shed. Today however I decided to handle her and she started squeezing my arm and rubbing her head on me. She was also kind of rocking her body back and forth on me. And after she was done squeezing me she'd just completely relax and not move at all for a good minute. I assumed she was trying to shed on me but when I tried to put her back into her cage she started making this weird sneezing sort of sound. She only did it for a little while and she hasn't made the sound again. But she also raised her head and stared up at the sky for a second a few times. And now that I have her back in her cage she is just sitting there and not trying to shed. I'm really worried she has a respiratory infection but she didn't start acting weird till today. If you need my temps and stuff her cold side is about 73-74 and her warm side is around 90. Also her humidity is 55%-60%

I'm still new myself, but I can say that if your snake's eyes are cloudy or "in blue" don't handle as much. After a couple days your BP will look normal and then a couple days later she will actually shed.

Not too versed on RI so someone will answer that question.

ambient temps should never drop below 75, and if the snake is in shed your humidity should be around 75%. the sound could be stuck shed in the nostrils, but no way to tell from here.
so bump your humidity, raise your temps a bit and wait for the shed.
if you're truly worried take the snake to a vet.
