What is the best type of enclosure?

I will be getting a beautiful Ivory soon, and I want to bring him the best,but I can't decide what type of enclosure should I use.I have been debating between 3 options:
- Exoterra 36x18x18 (front opening, cristal and screen top)
- Vivexotic 45x20x18 ( made out of wood, and preety big)
- A PVC enclosure 40x20x20 (super lightweight and resistant)
This are the ones I've been looking, but if you could give me more Ideas that would be greattt, Im from Spain btw so sorry if it is any bad grammar mistakes....
The snek will be living in a tub while he still is a little noodle btw, dunno if it is the best but thats what the 2735373 caresheets i've been reading say...Now its time to shut up😂

Welcome to the forum.

Yes, your tub is fine.

For a forever home, plastic is superior to wood in that it will hold up much longer and hold humidity better, I'm not positive if it holds heat better.

The Exo-Terra will take more work to stabilize humidity and it for sure will not hold heat as well as the others. But it makes a nice display.

I have replaced all of my tanks but one with plastic, the last tank will be replaced as soon as my plastic enclosure arrives.

For nondisplay or multiple snakes, tubs and or a rack system work well.

Once he outgrows his tub, go with a PVC enclosure. We're working on getting our snakes out of Exo-Terras, and looking forward to being done with the process.

Those are serious. Reinz has trained his snakes to strike food outside the cage doors so when you come over, he will pat you on the back welcoming you but really he is taping a mouse on your back. Then when he shows you the snakes and slides the doors open for a closer look, you turn around to walk away and the snakes shoot out of the cages like bullets and grab you. It saves on food cost but he has to constantly make new friends on FB.....;) :snake::O

And to answer the OP, I use Animal Plastics cages. I'm not like these high roller money machines. I use T10s and got some T8s coming and when the time comes, I will survive on ramen noodle 6 months while I order T25s. Assuming my snakes do anything other than stretch out or curl up on the cool or warm sides unless hungry, which in that case, I know they're alive as the are moving around on the shelves looking for dinner lol.

Thank you for posting this :D I had the same question. I'd love to find a Canadian company that I wont have to ship to, if anyone knows some animal plastic places that I could check in BC Canada or somewhere I could ship from in Canada? (Duties kill me, imho)
