    Help Please!
My Fiancee and i purchased our first ball python a few weeks ago. Monty's eyes are starting to look kinda cloudy and he isn't moving around very much. Is this normal for when a snake is shedding? I'm not sure how old he is, but hes about 18 inches long. If anyone has some advice for a couple of newbies, we'd really appreciate it.

Like Adam said....normal. Just standard operating procedure ;) You'll notice the cloudy eye, and then the eyes will clear up about 24-48 hours before your snake sheds. Mine tend to be very quiet during that time, so don't stress out about activity level. If you have checked out the caresheet, I think that has a wealth of information that might be useful to you. And welcome to the site!! :D
