    Glass or plastic
What do you guys like best for the door on your enclosures? Acyrlic or glass doors. Is one better than the other?

    Glass. Acrylic warps and scratches.

I have 4 cages with plastic and 3 with glass until my next two cages arrive with GLASS! I will never order plastic again.

Glass for sure if you have sliding doors.

My drop doors are fine in plastic, but I'd always get glass with sliders.

The other plus with glass is, the typical cleaning solutions won't fog/dull them.

Plastic requires special care and it can be annoying. There are special polishes out there, but given the option, a shatter proof glass is the way to go.

Glass, all my AP cages are sliding glass. They double as great shields too lol.

Thanks for the advice. I will go with the glass. Based on your responses.

The one consideration in favor of acrylic is that it retains heat better than glass does. If you have large doors and a cooler room, that may be a big enough difference to matter.
