Lightweight rack?

Looking for a rack or a DIY rack plan that is basically light enough for one-person to carry. It has to be either a 4 or 5 tub stackable with sterilite 41qt tubs, as it will be housing adult females for breeding. Also needs covered sides. I would be using belly heat, either flex or THG.

Just add wheels.
How often do you plan on moving it??

Ok, so I got a sturdy wheeled stand that can hold my current heavy rack which I want to replace. Only thing is it is super heavy PVC and I'm worried putting all that (4 wheel-points) on my second-floor would cause the wood flooring to sag, and it's not one of those things I wanna "there's only one way to find out". Previous guy had it in basement on cement...

Wheel make a difference but so does the material you are using no matter what if you use melamine it will be heavy even moving it.
