Black mamba painting and a few random others!
Just thought I'd share some recent snake drawings (and not snake drawings) that snake people could appreciate. I drew this black mamba painting at work today instead of actually working, but nobody tell my bosses LOL. (I don't even think they care anyway, as long as I get my work done on time!)

And for fun, the old Cake doodles... I have no idea why Cake is always the butt of my dumb snake jokes

    more yawning animals.

completely not animal-related, a painting I did a month ago. It's a study off a photo I took at a ghost town last year.

These are awesome! I love the way you not only have the different shades on the black mamba, but also the light and shadow, especially on that top curve. You have an incredible eye for detail and the ability to put it on canvas. I'm jealous. :gj:

I had no idea, but now it makes more sense that you are able to do that at work.

I found out that apparently my black mamba looks like a black racer, but there are BLACK black mambas out there. LOL. I just referenced some photos I liked and made it blacker.

The mamba is impressive, beautiful artwork. Something about that ghost town speaks to me though, it's awesome! So, how can I see your portfolio site that Sallos mentioned? I see you do this for a living. Do you sell individual pieces or do you work as an artist for a company? Regardless, I'd love to see more of what you do. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work!

Aw man, thanks much! If you google my full name, Fiona Hsieh, you'll find my work and websites. :D

And yes, I currently work as an environment artist at Disney TVA (which is how I can draw other things when I'm at work ahaha). But we also freelance and sell prints of personal work on the side, even though it's not a main source of income LOL
