Quick question i'm wanting to know wether or not i can house an adult male ball python in an Exo Terra 24 x 18 x 12

I would say no, that's a really small space for an adult ball. If you're going for a full display type viv I would recommend at least a 4ft depending on the adult size and a third of the snakes length height wise. Another issue with those types are how open they are being all glass, which would mean covering 3 sides for added security, plus with the mesh top it can mean humidity issues are a pain. Many people do keep balls in small rack systems, I just don't like it. I believe the snake needs to have a cool and warm hide with plenty of clutter to busy the place up. :P

Yes, that would be enough floor space. Many keep their males in 28 to 30 qt tus that measure about 23x16x6

You can as Pit explained above but mine are pets not breeders and I enjoy sitting at night and watching them explore...all my enclosures for Balls are 48" (4') long x24"Dx 12"H

People do keep them in this cage size, but I would encourage you to get a larger enclosure. At least 36" x 18" x 12".
I would imagine you could barely fit two hides and a water dish in there, if at all. People can sort of get away with it in racks because the rack serves as a hide itself.
